Global Gaming Women (GGW) has announced the six recipients of its 2026 Patty Becker Pay It Forward Award, recognising women across the global gaming sector for their mentorship, advocacy and commitment to supporting others.
The award honours the legacy of Patricia (Patty) Becker, a pioneering gaming attorney, executive, and founding GGW board member known for championing diversity and mentorship.
This year’s honorees are Michelle Baillie, General Manager of SkyCity Hamilton; Tracy Bradford, President of Seminole Hard Rock Support Services; Melissa Cox, Vice President of Marketing and Customer Relations at Gaming Capital Group; Bethan Lloyd, Partner at Wiggin LLP; Michelle Schenk, Director of Global Communications at IGT; and Maureen Wasloski, Vice President and General Manager of Margaritaville/Boomtown Bossier City in Louisiana.
“GGW received a record number of nominations for this year’s Patty Becker Pay It Forward Award, demonstrating the remarkable depth of leadership, service, and commitment among women across the gaming industry,” said Siobhan Lane, President and Board Chair of Global Gaming Women.
The announcement comes as GGW marks its 10th anniversary. The organisation will celebrate the honorees at its annual Kick Up Your Heels event on Sept. 30.
The ticketed event will take place at Intrigue at Wynn Las Vegas from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. and will support GGW’s mission-driven programmes.
