Fanatics Sportsbook has secured an official sports betting partnership with the NFL under a new multi-year, non-exclusive deal.

The agreement, which is expected to be announced before the season opener, gives Fanatics access to premium NFL media inventory, including in-game advertising and network sponsorships.

Fanatics Sportsbook and Casino will also receive VIP hospitality benefits, Super Bowl access, and experiences tied to major NFL events. Financial details were not disclosed.

The agreement comes after the NFL’s previous primary sportsbook partnerships with FanDuel, DraftKings, and Caesars ended in March without being renewed, Sports Business Journal (SBJ) first reported. FanDuel and DraftKings are still in discussions with the league, but Fanatics is the first to finalize a new deal.

The agreement allows Fanatics Sportsbook and Fanatics Casino to use official NFL intellectual property in marketing, including league and team logos as well as marks associated with major events such as the Super Bowl and NFL Draft. It builds on Fanatics’ existing relationships with the NFL across e-commerce, fan apparel, and merchandise.

Fanatics Sportsbook currently operates across 22 states and Washington, D.C., while Fanatics Casino is live in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

The NFL remains the major sports betting market for the US, driven by large television audiences, a concentrated weekly schedule and a brief regular season.

The American Gaming Association estimated that legal wagers reached $30 billion for the 2025 season, an 8.5% year-over-year increase from $27.6 billion. The estimate includes wagers from futures and preseason games through the Super Bowl, but excludes bets placed through offshore sportsbooks and prediction markets that are not tracked.

Preseason play is already underway, with the regular season set to kick off Sept. 9 with a Super Bowl rematch between the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks at Lumen Field.
