iGaming technology provider SOFTSWISS has expanded its annual summer programme for employees’ children to two sessions, with 175 children from 10 countries taking part in the third edition of its Kids Camp.
The 2026 programme, held across two 11-day sessions, brought together children from countries including Poland, Spain, Germany, Malta, Lithuania and Georgia. The camp was organised around a “Reality Island” concept, with children placed in age-based teams and given missions and challenges linked through a continuous story.

“Three years on, Kids Camp remains one of the initiatives I’m most proud of at SOFTSWISS,” said Ivan Montik, Founder of SOFTSWISS. “It shows our people that we care about what matters to them beyond work, and that creates a stronger sense of trust, connection and engagement.”
The two sessions delivered around 350 hours of programming, including video production, DJing, animation and outdoor activities. Children also created small businesses within the camp’s microeconomy, earning coins for achievements and deciding how to spend them.

According to SOFTSWISS, the most popular request from children was to use their accumulated coins to extend their stay at the camp, although organisers could not accommodate the request.
For parents, the programme is designed to support work-life balance by providing children with a supervised summer experience while allowing employees to focus on work. Parents received daily updates from the camp, while children were given space to develop friendships and make independent decisions.
The initiative has become an annual SOFTSWISS tradition over the past three years and won an Eventex Award in the Corporate Event category in 2025.

The camp comes as the company reports its strongest internal engagement results to date. SOFTSWISS’ latest employee survey recorded an engagement score of 3.98 out of 5, while its employee Net Promoter Score stood at 35, compared with a median of 19 for large Information Technology & Services companies, according to Culture Amp’s January 2026 benchmark.
“Kids Camp gives children their own summer adventure, while giving their parents the chance to properly switch off. For us, both sides of that experience matter,” said Iuliia Shcherbinina, Senior Event Manager at SOFTSWISS and Kids Camp Project Lead.
