SOFTSWISS has won the Industry Innovator award for its Prediction Markets Platform at SiGMA North America 2026 in Mexico City, as the technology provider expands its offering for regulated markets.
The award recognises the Prediction Markets platform, launched in April 2026 to allow operators to add event-based wagering to their existing offerings. The platform uses a fixed-odds model and can operate as a standalone product or be integrated into a sportsbook through an API or iFrame.
The product has since surpassed 50 live projects in its pipeline and covers more than 10 event categories. Existing SOFTSWISS partners can launch the platform within two to three days, while new operators can go live in about three weeks. Its risk team can also manage markets for operators without an in-house trading function.
“We built Prediction Markets with a clear focus on making a new product category practical for operators. Innovation only creates value when it can work reliably within an operator’s existing business and meet the expectations of regulated markets,” Alexander Kamenetskyi, Head of Operations at SOFTSWISS Sportsbook, said.
“Receiving recognition at such an early stage of the product lifecycle is an important signal that we are moving in the right direction. It is particularly meaningful as SOFTSWISS continues to strengthen its position in regulated markets and support operators expanding within them,” Alexander said.
Prediction Markets covers politics, economics, technology and culture, giving operators a way to reach users whose interest is driven by real-world events rather than sports.
The platform previously won Best Next-Gen Betting Product at the SiGMA Asia Awards 2026, less than two months after its launch.
Mexico is also a key part of SOFTSWISS’ regional expansion plans. The company supports licensed gaming brands in the country with a compliant iGaming setup and 24/7 technical and client support.
