Financial services company EDGE Markets has partnered with Splash Sports to faciliate the sports gaming platform’s $21 million NFL Survivor contest.
The partnership will integrate EDGE Connect, a private closed-loop settlement network, into Splash Sports. Eligible EDGE Boost customers can fund their Splash Sports accounts with up to $1 million per day.
Splash Sports’ 2026 NFL Survivor contest has a $21 million guaranteed prize pool, with entries costing $1,000. Players can enter up to 150 times. The platform also offers a $3 million guaranteed contest and entries starting at $5.
EDGE said its funding service offers higher daily deposit limits, real-time fund movement, and a dedicated account for gaming capital. It said the service is intended to address delays, fees, and transaction limits associated with traditional funding methods, particularly during nights, weekends, and before Sunday NFL kickoffs.
The partnership also comes as Splash Sports introduces a marketplace for buying and selling entry stakes and Team Entries for groups, which the companies said could require players to move funds throughout the NFL season.
“Capital should move on the player’s schedule, not the banks,” said Seni Thomas, Founder and CEO of EDGE Markets. “Splash Sports players are entering more lineups, trading stakes and racing Sunday deadlines, and EDGE gets them there with up to a million dollars a day, immediately.”
TJ Ross, co-founder and co-CEO of Splash Sports, said players are managing more entries and transactions with the addition of the Marketplace and Team Entries.
“Our players shouldn’t have to wait on their bank to keep playing,” he said. “EDGE Markets makes sure the money moves just as fast as everything else we’ve built.”
Splash Sports is the latest platform to adopt EDGE Connect, following partnerships with Kalshi, Polymarket and ProphetX.
EDGE Markets recently closed a $29 million Series A round led by CoinFund, with participation from Indicator Ventures, Mantis VC, Stepstone Group, and Bullpen Capital. The company said the funding will support its expansion across prediction markets and gaming.
Since launching EDGE Boost, EDGE Markets said it has processed more than $2 billion in transactions.
